We might be what you’re looking for. A group of professionals here in southern Sonoma County is embarking on an adventure in “coworking”— sharing office space together, while working independently. We’re looking for more like-minded people to join us at the SoCo Depot in downtown Penngrove.
We’re in an historic 1,600 sq feet space at 11790 in Penngrove featuring:
Excellent location—right across from post office, cafés, community park
Newsroom-style setting—open with separate conference room, bathroom and kitchen
Exposed beams, high ceilings, traditional details remaining from the building’s original use as a train depot
A per person monthly cost (rent + utilities & WiFi) between $215 and $265
We’re a group of creative professionals—writers, photographers, and web folks—who are building a supportive work community. We're planning to move in by March 17, 2008.
Coworking is an idea that's gaining popularity across the country—and the world.
Coworking is for people who love working for themselves, but miss the people and interactions of the office. It is not a new concept and there are several successful models in the area, such as Grotto, Citizen Space, and The Hat Factory.
