Two levels of membership

SoCo Depot provides desks and workspace on a monthly basis as a benefit of membership. We currently have ten desk with a mix of Residents and Roamers.

Currently, monthly dues are:

• Roamer = $200/month
• Resident = $300/month

Roamer = $200
includes:

• your very own key that will give you 24 hour access
• unlimited booking time of the conference room, lounge, space for events (but Residents get first right of refusal)
• WiFi, power, coffee, water, and other utilities.

Resident = $300
includes:

• your very own desk … store your ’stuff’… nobody else sits there without your permission
• your very own key to give you 24hr access to the space
• unlimited booking time of the conference room, lounge, space for events (as long as it’s not already in use - schedule to be posted)
• WiFi, power, coffee, water, and other utilities.
